Starting in March, The Entrepreneurial Experience launches: a program where students don't just learn entrepreneurship, they experience it. The Entrepreneurial Experience is much more than a competition. It's an energy that buzzes year-round on the University of Twente campus. It's a place where students are challenged to explore entrepreneurship, not as an end goal, but as a way of thinking. For a better future.

In The Entrepreneurial Experience, students take their first steps toward entrepreneurship. They start with a blank canvas and develop ideas that address real challenges. And they are guided by people who have already walked the path: mentors, experts, and entrepreneurs from a vibrant network.

The focus isn't on profit, growth, or competition. The focus is on courage. On creativity. On exploring possibilities. On learning by doing, together with partners who believe that impact is created when experienced professionals and new talent connect.

The Journey

The Entrepreneurial Experience challenges you to go from idea to impact. From the kickoff and inspiration & ideation workshops to business labs, expertise sessions, pitch night, and founder-meets-founder meetups - each phase challenges you to inspire, create, refine, and launch. Step by step, through inspire, ideate, refine, pitch, define, prototype, and launch, you'll not only build your project but also the mindset of a true entrepreneur.

The Entrepreneurial Experience for students

The Entrepreneurial Experience isn't a lecture. This is where you truly experience entrepreneurship. In just 3-4 months, you'll discover what it means to think and act like a founder, from a blank slate to a concrete result. Collaborate with leading companies, solve real-world challenges, attend hands-on workshops, and learn from entrepreneurs who have been there.
