Our society is facing its greatest challenge since the post-war reconstruction. The Netherlands is becoming increasingly crowded; we are experiencing a housing shortage, and the climate crisis demands significant changes. These major challenges require a different approach to housing, mobility and infrastructure, and the spatial environment.
The Pioneering Foundation is leading the way in discovering and paving the path forward, allowing the entire sector to move confidently in the right direction. They do this not alone but in collaboration with a network of innovative partners from business, education, and government institutions. Thus, they create a network for developing and sharing knowledge for the creation of a future-proof living environment in the Eastern Netherlands.
