Together with residents and partners, Waterschap Vechstromen is working on an attractive living environment and using the tax money of residents and entrepreneurs to ensure sufficient, clean, and safe water in Twente, Vechtdal, and Southeast Drenthe. They do this with outstanding commitment to and connection with our living environment. They and society face significant challenges due to the changing climate, water quality requirements, and the pursuit of sustainability.
Stefan Nijwening, Waterschap Vechtstromen, is looking forward to the collaboration: "To solve the problem of drought and water scarcity, we need to pull out all the stops, embracing other solutions that we probably don't even know about yet. With Novel-T, we are going to explore solutions outside those existing paths, which we hope will be found by students, researchers, and industry."
