Cross-Border Cycling Tour: Talent of the Future

The Province of Overijssel and the Bezirksregierung Münster warmly invite entrepreneurs and business leaders to join a unique cross-border cycling tour dedicated to the theme: “Talent of the Future.”
This one-day event combines inspiration, knowledge exchange, and networking in an informal and active setting. Together, we will visit companies in the Dutch-German border region that are working on innovative solutions to key labor market challenges, including:
- Skills shortages
- Lifelong learning
- Attracting and retaining talent
What to Expect
Throughout the day, participants will:
- Gain insights from three companies: Möller Chemie, 2G Energy AG and Demcon
- Exchange ideas with peers from both countries
- Explore practical approaches to attracting and retaining (international) skilled workers
- Engage in meaningful discussions about the future of the labor market
Practical Information
- Electrical Bicycles will be arranged
- Participation is free of charge
- In case of unfavorable weather, alternative transportation will be organized
