Simba Marketing is a young and fast-growing marketing agency based in Deventer, specialising in social media and content marketing. As a startup, Simba Marketing is constantly evolving, with much work to be done across different areas. The main challenge now is optimising internal processes, from client intake to execution and evaluation. The company wants to structure these phases more effectively, improve workflows, and make client communication more efficient.
Problem description
Simba Marketing helps businesses boost their online visibility and impact through a mix of creative strategy and data-driven execution. Operating from innovation hub BIC Lab (Deventer), the company collaborates with entrepreneurs both locally and beyond.
At present, the priority is streamlining internal processes, from client intake to project execution and evaluation. At the same time, as a young agency, Simba Marketing is continuously generating new ideas and opportunities to explore.
Assignment description
We are looking for a student who can help analyse and improve business processes, while also enjoying the opportunity to take part more broadly in a dynamic startup environment. This involves contributing ideas, researching, experimenting, and making tangible contributions to the agency’s ongoing professionalisation.
The assignment offers plenty of space to bring in your own insights and interests, contributions that can directly impact the growth of a young marketing agency.
Profile
We are looking for a student researcher who is both analytical (able to map and improve business processes) and entrepreneurial, keen to put their proactive mindset into practice.
