So far, professional training often involves presentations, where information retention proves to be a challenge. At the Human Safety Academy, we recognize the need for more effective learning methods to support organizations in enhancing safety for employees and customers. Therefore, we are exploring innovative ways of learning, such as active learning, with the aim of increasing the impact of our training. We envision the implementation of active learning in our training through games, AR/VR environments, interactive presentations, and much more. There are countless possibilities that we would like to explore, develop, and test together with you as a student.
Assignment Description:
As a student, you have the opportunity to shape your own assignment in collaboration with the Human Safety Academy. We challenge you to be creative and take initiative in developing new learning methods. Together, we explore the possibilities and work towards a tangible end product. Our office is located in Amersfoort, but flexibility in the work location is possible by arrangement.
