Slush is a student-driven, non-profit movement founded to change attitudes towards entrepreneurship. It has grown from an event in Helsinki to events worldwide. The main goal of traveling to Slush is to connect the startups from our system with potential investors. During Slush we want to tap into new contacts with investors and other companies. This is of great importance for our startups in their growth.
From Novel-T, we bring in those contacts the context of an innovation ecosystem and our founders, such as the University of Twente and Saxion University of Applied Sciences. That sometimes opens the door to a large investor just a little more easily. In addition, at Slush Hightech we represent Twente towards foreign startups that are considering moving to the Netherlands.
