Developing liquid biopsy-based integrated sensor platforms

When we got the breakthrough we started our company ECsens to develop our idea into a working clinical product. We know we have a promising technology in our hands.

Detecting small biomarkers with a new sensor

ECsens developed a new sensor that can detect small biomarkers, like tumor particles, viruses, or bacteria. Until today, no other sensor can detect these particles as sensitively and reliably at physiologically relevant concentrations as their technology could. This enables screening of patients in new ways that will revolutionise healthcare.

Our KTO team gave Dilu Mathews and Pepijn Beekman guidance with starting up their business. ECsence is now looking for partnerships with companies that can help them to bring this product to market. Check out their website for more information.
