Bas Olde Hampsink leads SMART at Novel-T
New role, focused on better connection between business and talent with Novel-T SMART
LINK INNOVATION QUESTIONS TO TALENT
Among others by continuing to develop the initiative Multiply and starting up new en further develop of existing innovation hubs: a concept whereby innovative entrepreneurs are linked to students from the knowledge institutions. In addition to this role Bas will stay involved as project manager at the Saxion Business Point for two days a week.
Novel-T SMART (formerly known as Science Shop) is the link between regional business and students to accelerate innovations. SMART helps sharpen your innovative business case and transform it into a student project. With challenging projects and side jobs students of the University of Twente and Saxion put their knowledge into practice and gain relevant work experience.
Bas has a technical background and has been working in various positions at Saxion since 1990. Among which as founder of the Saxion Innovation Team, Smart Solution Semester and the Saxion Business Point.
